Please note Tickets will be held at the Box Office for collection unless a stamped addressed envelope is enclosed, or a 35p postage fee is added to your ticket total.
Please e-mail your booking to tickets@gorlestonpavilion.co.uk and include your Name, Address, E-mail address, Phone number, Date and time of show, Number of tickets required and any acceptable alternatives.
Tickets will be held for up to 7 working days from date of booking. All tickets must be paid for 7 days prior to performance. Tickets which remain unpaid will be released for sale.
We welcome all major credit and debit cards by telephone or in person. Please note that all credit/debit card bookings will incur a 75p booking fee.
PLEASE DO NOT E-MAIL OR POST ANY CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO US. This is for security purposes.
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded (cash or credit card refund), although the Box Office will, where possible, offer returned tickets for resale for a small handling charge of £1.00 per ticket. The sale of the theatre's own tickets will take priority.
Please note that smoking is NOT permitted within ANY part of the Pavilion Theatre building, including the auditorium, foyers, toilets and bar areas.
